Cornwall Swamp WMA

This soft pastel painting was inspired by a visit to one of our Wildlife Management Areas, the Cornwall Swamp, Cornwall, Vermont. It was this October just after peak foliage, and this was a dry year so the swamp wasn’t wet and was easy to walk through. It was a simply gorgeous day enjoying nature in a socially distant way with my grown daughter and her boyfriend.
