Spring on Mount Blakiston

One of the most inspiring places I have painted is the Peace Parks of Waterton Lakes and Glacier National Park which join at the border between the U.S. and Canada. This studio piece was painted using studies made on location in Canada. The early morning fog was slightly tinged due to fires in the area.
