My imagination was truly inspired at the request of a local church elder to paint Jesus calming the waters during tumultuous times, such as those that so many people in the world have experienced this year, 2020. Four sketches, MANY hours, the opportunity to give credit to God, and the elder's pleased reception of the finished work all prompted my own thrilling "over the top" happiness and feeling that this is my best themed piece.
